I ask that sneaker brands give footwear workers:


A decent wage is a living wage - a wage which allows workers to support themselves and their families.


Freedom at work means freedom of association - the ability to get together with friends and co-workers to create changes towards a better workplace.


The difference between the income of sportswear company CEOs and the workers who produce their products is astounding - it would take an Indonesian footwear worker 6000 years to earn the salary of Nike's CEO, Mike Parker.
